Scoop’s Birthday Celebrations To Benefit The American Cancer Society

sweetFrog has announced that a nationwide birthday celebration to honor one of it’s lovable mascots, Scoop, will benefit the American Cancer Society. On August 15, participating sweetFrog shops will feature special appearances by Scoop, offer a discount on birthday parties booked throughout the day and donate 25% of total sales back to the American Cancer Society.

As an organization of 2.5 million strong, the American Cancer Society is committed to saving lives from cancer and celebrating life, every single day. We’re doing everything in our power to prevent the disease, and if someone is diagnosed we’re there when they need us with the latest cancer information, day-to-day help, and emotional support. We also help people stay healthy and thrive after treatment.

“The American Cancer Society is proud to partner with sweetFrog to help save lives from cancer. We appreciate the generous support of sweetFrog and their customers,” said Shari Henning, executive vice president and South Atlantic Division operating officer, American Cancer Society.

“sweetFrog is a popular place for birthday parties and celebrations across the nation,” said Matt Smith, chief marketing officer of sweetFrog. “We are thrilled that Scoop’s birthday party will give us the opportunity to celebrate with our customers while supporting the remarkable efforts of the American Cancer Society.”
